I have coordinated with the Framingham Police Department to receive monthly reports for District 7. This will give us a data driven baseline for conversation and allow us to view trends over time.
The report shows accident data and calls for service, including maps. I expect we will see some seasonal variance in types of calls for service, and will no doubt have questions in coming months to delve into more detailed analysis.
This is a great place to start, and I appreciate our police department for their offer to share this data on a regular basis and engage with the community, as well as their work on a daily basis to keep our community safe.
