Passed in late 2019, the Nuisance Noise Ordinance (Order No. 2019-036-001) amended the General Bylaws, Section V: Health and Safety with a
new Section 32.

The purpose of this Noise Ordinance is to allow the City of Framingham to establish reasonable guidelines, restrictions and limitations to maintain
acceptable noise conditions within the City.
